I have a form to organize bottles in mind, but am unsure if it will
work. Here's some background info:
Mainform = frmProduct, which contains fields for pricing, status, etc.
of complete bottles, as well as an image control for a thumbnail of a
complete product (bottle + cap).

Hello Everyone,

I have a main form with a continuous subform. On the main form I have a
text field called . It gets populated based on what the user
selects in a field on the sub form (code in the AfterUpdate
Event). Here's the issue. If the user deletes a subform record. The
field on the main form shows null even if there is a value in the

Ok let me explain what im trying to do:
i need a combo box which needs to be linked to a listbox (or combo box
doesnt matter which really) then the listbox should bring up the record
in a subform.
so you pick a name (in the combo box in the main form) then it should
bring up all the dates for which the person has a record for (in the
list box or combo box) and then once you pick a date it should bring up

I am quite proficient at programming Visual Basic for Microsoft Access. I
am currently learning Visual Basic 6, and would like to be able to take my
database files from Access, and re-write them in VB 6.
One database program that I wrote had a subform in one of the forms. I was
able to link the subform to the form simply by going into the properties
and setting the subform as a child form of the main parent form.

Hi all,
I ran into a headache problem. I have a windows form with a progress
bar on it. Then I new a thread to do calculation for a long time. I
want the progress bar to show the calculation progress. So I use a
shared variable in calculation thread to allow main thread read it
periodically in order to show the progress. Quesion comes out. If I
just wait and don't make any operation during the whole calculation,

I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
