Thanks in advance for any help.
I have a database that was created in Access 2000. Several users have
been upgraded to Access 2003. Since upgrading to 2003 we have noticed
that some of the calculated fields are not being populated. The
database is a samll invoicing database on the form and report we have
columns call Unit Cost. This is the actual cost of the part and is
pulled from our parts master table and is displayed in a sub form...

I have created form, query and report.
In the form I have a Combo Box which pulls the search criteria
(SaleStatus) from one of my tables. When I select a status and click
on the search button it should run the query and then preview the
report.
The form is an unbound form with the row source type set to
table/query. The row source is a select statement pulling the data from
the table. The Name of the combobox is SaleStatus.

I've been looking over this newsgroup, but I can't find an answer to my
problem. I see that a few others have posted this issue over the
years, but none of them got a response. I'll give it another shot.
I have a report that is based on a crosstab query. The crosstab query
is based off of another query, and that has a parameter in the where
clause. Like this:
WHERE e.elevationid = !!

Hi,
Im wondering if anyone can help me with a problem.
I have a form with more than 50 unbound fields.
Some of the fields will be blank from time to time.
This seems to be where im having trouble.
I have tried keeping some of the fields bound and when I use the save button
it has been saving as 2 different records. This is unacceptable.
This is what I have, can anyone help me out with this?

Hi,
I'm in the process of producing a database for a college project and have a slight problem I was wondering whether you could help me with.
The area I'm having problems with takes a value from a drop-down menu on a form and inputs it into a query to find a selection of results which another query then adds up to give a total which I would like to insert into a report.
The actual query part appears to be working since if you select...

I am working on an Inventory Database in Access 2003. I am having trouble with a report I designed to show current inventory in stock. I have a form (frmInventory) that is unbound. There are four combo boxes on this form that allow the user to select Location, Vendor, Category and SubCategory. These selections (or blank fields) are then passed on to a query (see SQL below) and a report opens to show the inventory. This worked really well...

of data bases for my work however becuase my skills are limited to
really built in functionality and wizards my programs are not really
user friendly.
I have searched and searched and tried numerous times to get the
following right to no avail - and I think its really becuase of my
lack of understanding.

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own....
Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...
