Both relations are one to many left to right

Hello all
I'm trying to migrate a BE from Access to SQL Server.
I've been making changes to the Access BE from the FE with SQL
statements, and want to do the same with the BE in SQL Server.
When running the statement "ALTER TABLE tblTest DROP COLUMN
TestColumn3" from the FE with a SQL Server BE, it works OK.
Running the statement "ALTER TABLE tblTest ADD COLUMN TestColumn3

When updating an access table using the ADD COLUMN sql statement, my routine
may encounter an OleDbException stating that the field already exists. How
can I test for this error to allow the continuation while still catching
other OleDbExceptions?
The only way I can think of is to test for a substring on the message.

Hi,
I have a DropDown bound to a DataTable and I would like to add "Please
Choose" as the 1st default item. I know that I can add "Please Choose" to
the DataTable; but I wonder if I do the same without manipulating the
DataTable.

I keep selecting and selecting, but it just doesn't show up. I also
have no button in the ribbon for this, or any ability to get into
other modes via the Office button. It's very frustrating; I had to
search online for a keyboard shortcut to be able to access Design Mode
at all.
I'm sure there is something I'm missing, but it doesn't make sense. I
can add and remove other buttons from the toolbar, why not Mode??

I bring back a list of Employees as an IEnumerable of Employee... columns
include EmployeeId, EmployeeLastName, etc.
I want to bind the IEnumerable to a datagrid BUT I want the grid to have an
extra column, a checkbox for the user to select some employees and not
others.
I will then use this information, but the checkbox column does not
correspont to a column in the Employee table to get updated.

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
This is as boiled down as I can make it.
