Hello,
I would like to create an interface which allow the user to select
files from a ftp site using the common dialog contro. And after some
manipulation in the program, the new output file will go to the same
ftp site.
My problem is firstly, when I select a file from the ftp site, its
..FileName of the common dialog control falls into the Temporary
Internet Files folders, but what I need is I do need to know the exact

attention to a serious visual basic/windows issue discussed in the

the bug may result in loss of data when saving files with the standard

Before distributing a database that I have developed, I thought that I
would ask the resident gurus a general question regarding Common
Dialogs Control. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I have read somewhere
that one can expect problems with different versions of Windows Common
Dialogs. Is this true?
I have used several in developing an Access 97 database on a Windows
98 SE machine that has comdlg32.dll 4-23-99, and comdlg32.ocx 5-22-00....

I've been looking for the Common Dialog Control in Access 2003 but I couldn't find it. Usually you can find it in the Insert - Active X controls menu. Does Access 2003 doesn't use Common Dialog Control anymore?

I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
