Page Separator on Group - Access Report

76 New Member
Hello my friends!
It's been a while.

I've created a report that has some 1200 records.
It's grouped on department.

Is it possible to have my report print out and have a separator page so I know which each group is?

Does this even make sense?

Thanks!

I found an Insert Or Remove Page Break button (Access2007). You could set your Department group header to Force New Page, then stick a page break in it.

A report has many different groups of multiple pages each. Each group starts on a new page. The report is printed on both sides of the paper. I would like to be able to have each group start on a right hand page, that is, to be printed on an odd numbered page. something like iif(page mod0 is true then force to next page). All...

I have a report with pages breaking in the middle of text box controls. And it's not just on a line-by-line basis, but sometimes (in a situation that I can no longer recreate) just the bottom portions of a line's letters were showing up at the top of a page. My experiments show that Access will ordinarily break before a text box if the...

I am having a minor but annoying problem with some reports in Access 2003. (I had the same problem with Access 97, so it isn't version-dependent.) Some of the reports that I originally developed with the Report Wizard but have since edited now print so that there is a blank page after each actual page. I assume that this is because the...

I used the Report Wizard to create a report that is generally working pretty well. However, it set up the structure as follows: Report Page Header Group 1 Header - Header for the group Group 2 Header - This has my column headings for the details. Details

This is my first day here, so please be patient. I do not know how to search very well so the search I tried to get the answer showed me topics from the year 2000 and they really don't cover what I want. Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows.
