entering character codes in access 2003

Hi all,

How do you enter the character code for the symbol "2/3". I can enter the
codes for "1/2", "3/4", but not for any other fraction. tia

If you can find the character here, you can enter it. AFAIK there are
only a few available. Nobody is going to create characters for all
possible fractions (although be our guest: there are tools to create
your own font). So you may want to write them out as several
characters: 123/456

.. Can you define the Character Set for particular tables instead of databases? . Which DBMSs would let you do that? . How do you store in a DBMS i18n'ed users' from input, coming over the web (basically from everywhere) store it and properly serve it back to users, . . .? . Can you point me to info on this? I would preferably use Java/JDBC drivers.

Hi, I have an Html document that declares that it uses the utf-8 character set. As this document is editable via a web interface I need to make sure than high-ascii characters that may be accidentally entered are properly represented when the document is served. My programming language allows me to get the ascii value for any individual character so what I am doing when a change is saved is to look at each character in the content and...

I am new to xml. I have a routine that parses xml files using a regular XmlReader class. Unfortunately, the XmlReader chokes (throws an exception) on character codes such as "É". I resorted to streaming the file first and replacing all the character codes with their corresponding characters (copying the file while replacing character codes at the same time) just to get things going. In the case of É I replaced it with...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own.... Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...
