I am wondering if someone can help me. I have created 10 tables, 10 queries for the tables and 10 reports from the quearies. The creteria for the queries is the field named "month". I have created one main report, which includes all 10 of the subreports. When opening the main report I have to enter the creteria month which is the same for all 10 queries. How can I open this main report and only enter the creteria one time which would satisfy all 10 queries? I am running Access 2007, OS Vista.

On the subreports, set the LinkMasterField s & LinkChildFields . This should link them all together for you.

Using Access 2002
I am writing a report which draws data from several different tables. I
can't link all the tables in a query, as some can not be related without
truncating the data. I plan to use sub-queries and sub-reports to
filter and display the data in the unrelated tables in my report. The
common information is a user-inputed date range.
I want to avoid having the user prompted for the and
variables repeatedly. Somehow I...

I would like to create a summary report from the results of 11 queries
(based on 2 tables). All the queries have the same format and return
3 numbers (Count, Current Year Bal, Last Year Bal.) under different
conditions.
When I use the Report Wizard to select multiple queries to be included
in my report, I got an error msg. It says "You have chosen fields
from record sources which the wizard can't connect. You may have

I need to design a report based on a rota system for staff at various
shops. The data is effectively stored in a single table, along the
lines of:
Initials (e.g. BH, FG, RM etc.)
Day (e.g. Monday, Tuesday etc.)
Shop (e.g. Shop1, Shop2 etc.)
StartTime (e.g. 8, 13 etc.)

Hi!
I have an Access 97 report based on tables linked to an SQL back end.
The report has 5 subreports in it (unfortunately unavoidable due to the
nature of the report) and performance is quite slow. The query runs
quickly and the report displays the first page in a short amount of
time, but takes quite a while to format each page. This means it takes
a long time to print the report (up to 50 mins to print around 360
pages!) as it...

I have a report that keeps track of sales by company for any given month within a year. I am using two subreports embedded within a report to produce 2006 (one subreport) and 2007 (the other subreport) sales by station for any month I choose. The report works but I have two issues:
1) The subreports are located in the detail section of the report. The report should be three pages long but the report keeps repeating the data for a total of...

Hello,
I have a MS Access 2000 question.
I created a main report that consists of different subreports in the Detail section. I have a couple of queries that create tables for certain cities (the user enters the City ID). Everything works fine until the user enters an ID for a city that we don't have information for in all tables and then wants to see the report.
When printing the separate subreports - the report still shows up just with an...

Hi folks,
I have a report I'm working on, with multiple subreports. Each subreport totals up various categories, working from separate queries, and the total report basically just strings the subreports together. It's possible that some of the subreports' queries will return no data, but in that case, I want the report to show zeroes for those items.
Taking one of the subreports as my test bed here, I have six items in the subreport, each...

Hello,
I have a main report with a Record Source, a DateToday table, that has
the current Month and Year. I have about 60 queries, each pulling
different data via ODBC, that I am creating subreports that go on the
main report. The problem is that when I run the report the data shows
on the screen but not the print preview. I am aware that the main
report is not linked to the subreports because of the Link Master,
Child Fields issue....

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
This is as boiled down as I can make it.
Here is my compilation command:
g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp
Here is the code in...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own....
Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...
