This probably belongs in a Access forum or something.

Anyway you would need to go into Access and choose "Import" and import the data from excel into access.

You can either do that or set up a table exactly like your excel sheet, and then copy and paste the data over, though depending on how much data this solution isn't the best one, especially if there are problems with pasting.

Yes, I'm going to move it from the VB forum to the Access forum. And change the title from "vb query" to something a bit more descriptive.

How can I save the results of a fill-in form to a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet? I can insert the results into an Access table, but the reports are so tedious to make from Access. Reports are very easy to make using Excel as the data source. Since there will not be multiple tables or queries, I don't really need Access.

Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows.
