Hi All,
I am working a form which is tabular layout (continuous form) which
will display multiple records at a time. Each line of record needs to
be reflected on the color code to show their current status. In
Access 2000, you can only write the code on each control in a general
way and the code will apply on to the current record. For instance,
if you have 5 customers in display, each one of them has difference
balance, if you like to...

Is there any EASY way to highlight a full row in a continuous form so
that as i navigate up & down the table/continuous form using the arrow
keys, the entire line (all fields) get highlighted ?
This will give the effect of a bar moving up & down. BTW, all fields
are locked so this form is View-Only & not editable.
Thx & Best Rgds,
Prakash.

Hi,
I have a form that take some time to load due to many comboboxes and at
least 8 subforms.
When I filter or sort the main form I get an error message and then Access
shuts down. They ask if I want to send the error report to Microsoft. Has
anybody seen this type of error message and what can I do to prevent it from
happening. Am I doing something illegal in my code? It used to work but I
have added conditional formatting to a subform...

Strange problem on A2K. A continuous form is getting some sort of strobe
effect on several systems that have been upgraded to Windows XP (never saw
the problem on Win2K). One of the text boxes is flashing the contents.
Users are calling it "Slot Machine Mode". Anyone ever run into something
like this?
Any suggestions appreciated.

How does Stephen Lebans make the datasheet row color
change by clicking a row's check box field?
I cant find any code associated with the form, and I
cant tell if you have created a class on the form or
not, or even "sub classed" the form or check box.
Is there a dll that was pre-loaded?
All I can do is guess....

I am full of ??'s today.
I've been working on this one for a few weeks now and haven't been
able to figure it out.
I have a form that pulls data from a query.
I want the background of one of the field cells to be red if the value
in the field is null.
Can't seem to get this done with the conditional formatting available

I have many text fields with conditional formatting applied,
specifically when the condition is "Field Has Focus". Without any
events associated with the fields the conditional formatting works
perfectly. However, I have code that runs under the ON CLICK event. The
code changes the focus to other controls, which means the conditional
formatting is no longer displayed. This part makes sense to me.
Here's what doesn't make sense. The last...

I would like to set up conditional formatting on a form.
One of the fields on the form is a date (). If the calldate
field is over 365 days ago I would like all the other fields on the
form line to turn green but I am not sure if this is possible.
Thanks

Overview:
Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Hello
I'm a network technician in training and I need your help.
I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs.
The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols.
I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
