MS Access 2003 Circle and Triangle Controls

I have developed a MS Access 2003 DB for a housing window manufacturer and am using a Rectangle control to graphically represent windows for houses. The rectangle controls can be mouse clicked by the user. When clicked, the rectangle control is color filled yellow to represent the window as selected. I now have the need to create triangle, trapezoid and semi-circle windows and need to draw these shapes with Access 2003. To the best of my knowledge there are no Circle or Triangle controls available in Access 2003.
Are there any plugins which offer these shape controls?
(MS Access 2003, MS Win XP Home)

I'm not aware of any plug-ins to do with shapes. Best I can suggest is simulating it somehow using an image control.

I wrote an abstract base class from which I've derived a few other classes. I'd like to create a base class array where each element is an instance of a derived object. I can create a base class pointer which points to an instance of a derived class, but when I pass that base class pointer into a function, it can't access the derived object's public functions. Although, the base class pointer does call the appropriate virtual function...

Hi Folks, Just wondering if there is any real need to convert an application from 2000 or XP to 2003, if the application is not going to grow or change. Ive had a couple people ask about it (converting to 2003) but I can't see a reason they should other than their IT manager want's to buy new stuff. Any help or opinion would be great Thanks!

We are running an Access 2000 MDB with a SQL 7 back end. Our network guy is upgrading to Windows Server 2003 and wants to upgrade Office and SQL Server at the same time. We're moving to SQL Server 2005, and, since he already has licenses for Office Pro 2002, he wants to upgrade to that. I've been saying that we need to upgrade to Access 2003, not 2002, even if Office is kept at 2002. We are also looking to do a fair amount of...

I am a little confused about what I need to do here. I created four separate classes (Circle, Rectangle, Square, and Triangle) that each calculate their own area and perimeter via user input. Now I have to extend the Shape class with Circle and Rectangle classes, first. Then, I have to extend Rectangle with Square and Triangle classes. Was I supposed to calculate the area and perimeter of the four shapes in the Shape class, or did I do it...

Most computers default to English, but sometimes we require a different language, especially when relocating. Forgot to request a specific language before your computer shipped? No problem! You can effortlessly switch the default language on Windows 10 without reinstalling. I'll walk you through it. First, let's disable language synchronization. With a Microsoft account, language settings sync across devices. To prevent any complications,...

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed. This is as boiled down as I can make it. Here is my compilation command: g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp Here is the code in...

Hello I'm a network technician in training and I need your help. I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs. The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols. I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
