Hi there,
I have been frustrated by the 'next record' problem when a user tabs
off the last control on a form.
I have tried a couple of the suggestions listed on the newsgroup, but
so far nothing has solved the problem in relation to my database.
I have 3 subforms on the form and serveral other controls (such as

I've been having trouble with this for a long time. I have a form
that has many subforms. In the subforms I have unbound text boxes in
the footer that sum a field. I want to Display this sum on the main
form for each subform and then add them all together. In a book I

Hello Everyone,

I have a main form with a continuous subform. On the main form I have a
text field called . It gets populated based on what the user
selects in a field on the sub form (code in the AfterUpdate
Event). Here's the issue. If the user deletes a subform record. The

I have two very similar forms each with a subform. The main form gets
a few fields from the user and passes this back to a query that the
subform is bound to. The requery is done when the user enters the
last qualifying field on the main form.

I don't do much with subforms - in fact I've deliberately avoided them - but

I have a tab control that will contain several subforms, each bound to a
separate table, and each table/subform will relate to the same person - but
the subform data will not be 'linked' to the main form.
I want to have one Cancel button for all the undo operations on all the
subforms, so the individul subform's Public Sub, Form_Cancel will be called...

I'm having an issue with MSAccess 2000. I have a Form that holds
records of my cartridge loads for a rifle and a subform that lists all
groups that have been fired with that load. They are linked by the
load_id field and when I just browse through the loads everything shows
up correctly. Each recorded group is displayed on a line of the

There have been threads in this newsgroup explaining how to
tab out of a subform to the parent form -- without having to
use ctrl-tab (of which users might be unaware -- and at any
rate, they shouldn't have to know that part of a form is
a "subform").
I use a common subform among two main forms, so those solutions
won't work -- because the "next control" depends on who the
