Hi all,
Before I re-invent the wheel here, has anyone willing to share a basic
script to extract META keywords from a string. I have a string, let's say
$pageText that contains the dynamic contents of the page.
Ideally, I don't just want to explode the string and remove "and", "or" and
"the" etc. because some the the repeated keywords may be more that one word
long.

Commonly done, eg. you enter a word in a search engine and when a
hit-page comes up the search word(s) are highlighted.
I'm doing a fulltext search that works well but I've tried a few
"packaged scripts" and haven't got one to work yet. I'm looking for
straightforward understandable way to do this on my MYSQL/PHP pages.
Thanks,
Lee

Using A2K. I've developed a survey form with a number of questions
that have 6 possible responses each. The possible values are 5
(Strongly Agree) down to zero (No Response). I want to develop a
report that looks like this:
<Question 1 text>
Strongly Agree Somewhat Agree ..... No Response
<Count of 5's> <Count of 4's> <Count of zero's>
<Question 2 text>

The senario is that a user fills out a form specifying some keywords they
want to search a knowledgebase for. For each article that comes back, the
words in the article that match their keywords are highlighted. (Much like
Windows Help does)
At serverside, how would I go about handling this?

I want to use the calendar control so that the user can click on a date
and see a report for that date. However, there are not reports for
every day, so I would like to highlight the days that have reports. Is
there some way that I can highlight certain days?

Hello,
I am creating a search engine which searches keywords inside SQL
database and displays the results in a web page.
In the results web page I would like to give a grey background to the
words which were used as Keywords for the search.
How can I do this?

I am confident that I am one of the best c++ programmer in the world.
And now I am going to prove it to you.
My reference is Victor Bazarov,Valentin Samko, Alf P.Steinbach( Me and
Alf intern together at Microsoft), and Bjarne Stroustrup (he asked me
for help to design C++ ; still unsure why he didn't give me enought
credit - probably a poor design choice to have Russian name near c+

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
This is as boiled down as I can make it.
Here is my compilation command:
g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp
Here is the code in...

Dear forum friends,
With the development of smart home technology, a variety of wireless communication protocols have appeared on the market, such as Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc. Each protocol has its own unique characteristics and advantages, but as a user who is planning to build a smart home system, I am a bit confused by the choice of these technologies. I'm particularly interested in Zigbee because I've heard it does some...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own....
Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...

Hello
I'm a network technician in training and I need your help.
I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs.
The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols.
I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
