On my report I am currently using page footer to display some
disclaimer information. No matter how many records show up in the
detail section, the page footer is always at the bottom of the page.
Is there any way to bring it up to the bottom of the detail section
(right below last record)? The report footer works this way, but I
need the footer to be displayed on every page, not just the last one.

Put it in both the PageFooter and ReportFooter and set the PageFooter property
of the report to "Not with Rpt Ftr" so that you don't see the information twice
on the last page.

I have a report that's fairly simple, page headers and footers, detail
has a subreport in (can vary in length). The customer wanted a signature
block for them, their client and 3rd party. This was no problem, couple
of boxes and labels in the report footer.
Now customer wants this signature block on the foot of page 1 (stoopid
IMO as that implies people read page 1 where at the end implies they
read past page 1 at least).

Most suggestions on this topic recommend to use a page footer and make
it visible only on the last page. My problem is that the footer is half
of the height of a page which means the detail would show on only the
top half of each page with whitepace at the bottom of each page.
