I can't move a multi-page report to the last record unless I keep the popup
form (that defined it's subreports) open.
DoCmd.OpenReport "rptStandard", acViewNormal
DoCmd.Close acForm, "frmReportOptions" <== popup form
This is the error I get when I try to move to the last page of the report
*after* closing the popup:
"This expression is typed incorectly, or is too complex to be evaluate...."

I have a report based on a query that is based agaisnt two tables.
The report pulls information for 1 customer. The tables may hold
multipul customers.
I want to email just the ONE report. All the options that I have found
to email a report email multipul pages of the report, i.e. it sends all
the information it can get fomr the query results.

sql table. We are assigning the recordsource at runtime through code rather
than the recordsource property of the report(We are using a SQL stored
procedure to fill the table, the stored procedure is called through an ADO

I am having a problem with an Access 2000 report getting data from SQL

RecordSource: a stored procedure (tested via query analyzer and working

This one really has me going. Probably something silly. I'm using
dcount for a report to determine the number of different types of
tests proctored in a semester.
My report is based on a parameter query which is the recordsource for
the report. The parameter is <=. The query returns the
correct amounts upto the date entered (no need for "between" dates
here).
There are 8 textboxes with dcounts; 2 other boxes Sum some of these

When I open an Access form I can have no recordset specified, then in
the form's OnOpen event I can do something like:
Me.paramaters = "@SomeColumn = 22)"
Me.recordsource = "dbo.sproc123"
But I can't do this in a report as it will prompt me for the
parameters, even though they seem to be defined ahead of the
recordsource.
I have worked around this by opening reports to a bogus recordsource

Hello,
I have a report which uses a subreport. When I run the report, I get
"Enter Parameter Value" error message for "tblGuestRoom". I click ok
and the report seems to work fine.
I narrowed down this error to the Link Master Fields property setting,
when I tried the same scenario with form/subform. It gave me error:

I've got a report that's not sorting correctly. I build a SQL
statement and assign it to the recordsource in the Open event, sorting
the data the way the user chooses. The user can choose up to 3 sorts
using a form that opens before the report opens.
When the report previews, it ignores the users' sort request and always
sorts by the primary key even though ORDER BY is explicity set to
another field other than primary key.
