Straight from Access VBA Help
The following example sets the AppTitle property of the current
database and applies the RefreshTitleBar method to update the title
bar.

Sub ChangeTitle()
Dim obj As Object
Const conPropNotFound Error = 3270

On Error GoTo ErrorHandler
' Return Database object variable pointing to
' the current database.
Set dbs = CurrentDb
' Change title bar.
dbs.Properties! AppTitle = "Contacts Database"
' Update title bar on screen.
Application.Ref reshTitleBar
Exit Sub

ErrorHandler:
If Err.Number = conPropNotFound Error Then
Set obj = dbs.CreatePrope rty("AppTitle", dbText, "Contacts Database")
dbs.Properties. Append obj
Else
MsgBox "Error: " & Err.Number & vbCrLf & Err.Description
End If
Resume Next
End Sub

I'd like to put a logo in the titlebar of my webpage. The one I'm talking about is the one that's next to the URL in the address bar in both netscape and IE. Just so I'm clear, for example, on google's pages, next to the url in the address bar, there is their logo of a blue "G" in a box. Does anyone know how to do this? Thank you in advance.

I want my application to run most of the time as just an notify icon visible in the system tray, with some dialogs windows that open if the user selects an option from the context menu on the tray icon. I've had a look at the example on code project that creates an application that runs in the system tray: http://www.codeproject.com/csharp/desktop_mail_checker.asp So I copied how the above article sets up the main form: the form's...

Hi newsgroup, What I intend to do: Write a small programm, that will add a new Button to every Window right beside the Buttons for minimizing, maximizing and closing the window in the window's titlebar. When this button is clicked the window itself should be minimized to the systray On my way there I found hardly any example via Google that suited my needs. All I know about already is how to get all windows in VB.Net ( which

I would like to add an icon to the RIGHT side of an application's titlebar. Basically, it will supplement the other icons already there. Is there any direct support in .NET 2.0 to do this? If not I assume I would have to subclass the windows form but what exactly would I do there? Also how can a make sure that the icon keeps the same style as the other icons? Ideally, there would be some "empty" icon (for instance a minimize icon...

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed. This is as boiled down as I can make it. Here is my compilation command: g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp Here is the code in...

Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own.... Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...

Hello I'm a network technician in training and I need your help. I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs. The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols. I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
