Missing Records when exporing a table from One database to another

2 New Member
Hi,

I have Missing Records when exporing a table from (msaccess) One database to another.

Supppose My Db has 10 tables and expoting all the table from One database to another was correct.

But I created a new table inbetween my 7 th table and 8 th table say Table 7A

There after I have noticed that the records exported from 8,9,10 th table had Missing records I could not understand what It Could be .

I even Repaired and Compacted the Database . I can't understand what disturbances had the 7A table made to 8,9,10 table that total count of records of 8,9,10 table when exporting to another table doesnot match(missed records).
This needs to be solved immediately.Ver y Urgent Can anyone give me the solution

Hi,

Do you export the tables using append query, or using the usual export command from Access?

Try to import the tables from the destination database!

Hello, I'm not very experienced in SQL and I need some advice. I have a comma separarated values file containing around 20 million records and about 20 fields. There are many missing values (blank). I am only directly interested in 2 fields (1 & 4), but need to use two other fields (2 & 3) for imputing values for Field 1 (if missing). If Field 4 is missing I must delete / ignore the record. The (Python) types are, Field1 (string) ...

Hello all, This is going to be a rather lengthy "question". I have an Access 2k database, separated front end/back end. Front end copies are on about 30 workstations and used frequently during the work day. The backend has a table called CLIENTS with approximately 6000 client records. Changes to data in the table are made via a frontend db Form which has CLIENTS as its record source.

This is pursuant to another thread I tried to start, but can't find on my server. I've got to store rolling rates of return for investment funds - calendar year, quarterly, and monthly To cut to the chase, with a normal data structure, my estimates are coming out around 20 million recs max. They'd be indexed on FundID, BeginDate, EndDate, and ReturnType

Hi I have a database that I use to keep track of the sales promotions that we send to companies. I normally send a mailing based on a subset of the companies in the database (found using the query: QryICTMassDistribution3) , I then use a form and the code below to create a new record in the corrispondence table to show what corrispondence has been sent to various companies.

I have a simple winform with a customers combobox, a "get orders" button and an orders grid. Due to other requirements, I have implemented the form to allow the user to select a customer from the combobox and click the "get orders" button to refresh the gridview with the selected customer's orders, via a GetDataByCustomerID stored procedure. The underlying Orders table includes, among others, three boolean columns and one particular...

Hi I have this database that calculates and stores the incentive amount earned by employees of a particular department. Each record is entered by entering the Date, Shift (morn, eve, or night) and the 'employee name'. There is another table which assigns an ID to the Shifts, i.e. 1,2 and 3 for morn, eve & night shifts respectively. From the mother table, the incentive is calculated datewise for each employee as per his shift duty. In...

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed. This is as boiled down as I can make it. Here is my compilation command: g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp Here is the code in...

Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...
