I shall be grateful if any body guide me to know where the password is stored in my database. I designed long back., now I have forgotten. Lot of data is there. People are using for the past 5 years. Now, I want to do some modifications, but I have forgotten. Please help me.

There is one trick!

Please Save somewhere your current system.mdw

From Access create a new workgroup with main user admin!

Don't do anything about rights and permissions

Now try to enter in your database!

;)

a SQL query can return multiple data tables eg SELECT expression1 ... SELECT expression2 ... Can I in ASP.Net utilise this to do fewer data fetches from the server, e.g. selectively binding table1 to gridview1, table2 to gridview2 etc?

Hi, well, I'd like to know how to still display the footer of a gridview even if there is no data bound from the db. That is because I use the footer to put my inputs to add a new record, so I need to be able to add records, even if there is none yet... thanks!

Hi, I'm working with the ObjectDatasource and the application is getting more and more chatty. Is there a way I could make the ObjectDatasource support multiple DataTables that could be retrieved as one Dataset? I'm wondering how others out there work with ObjectDatasource? The only option I now see to get this fixed is to manually make the call to the Web services, retrieve the Dataset and assign the datatable to the controls (Or can...

Hello, I am new to PHP and am working on a login system for my site, currently supplied passwords are passed to MySQL and stored as md5 hashes, my question is :- seeing as md5 is 1 way only what would be the best way to implement a 'Forgotten Password' system whereby the user supplies an e-mail address and the password is mailed to the user? The process does not require military level security but I would like to keep stored passwords...

I have created a report which sorts data by a time frame. However, if there is no data for a particular time frame then that row does not show. I need it to show with a blank for the value, e.g. TF No Items Value Items 1 week 2 50.00 2 weeks 3 weeks 3 75.00

Cant believe I spent 4 hours trying to figure out why only the first grid in my new multiview shows up and the other grids are invisible in the other views I just added. The database tables were not populated except for the table I had in the first view! INCREDIBLE: All that data I saw during design, and assumed it came from the database, was just bill gates made up data that the designer needed so you could see what you were doing. So...

Hi, I am truing to find a pattern for my Business Logic Layer to be able to work fine win ObjectDataSource's Update method. The challenge is ObjectDataSource is not able to work with an update method that accepts a strongly typed data table as parameters. We have to have an update method with all data table's columns as its parameter. Like what we have here: http://asp.net/learn/data-access/tutorial-16-cs.aspx

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed. This is as boiled down as I can make it. Here is my compilation command: g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp Here is the code in...

Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...
