What's this? IE has a simple way using an ActiveX object so that I can load a text file into the <OPTION>s like a database. It is called Tabular Control. But I doubt this is going to work with Netscape. What to do?

Apologies in advance if this sounds slow-witted, but I didn't find it here.
Need to populate some textboxes on a form. While I could hard code it (the
number of options aren't that high), it would be more compact/efficient to
use a loop.
However, I haven't found anything that describes how to reference the
textboxes sequentially ... evaluating the hard part of the textbox name,

Hello,
I have a dropdown list control, where there are cases that I need to
populate the control from a database and select one of the items in this list
after.
Because the content of this control depends on the previous selection of the
user, the control needs to be populated dynamically and not before.
Now what is happening, I get an exception of "reference to an instance of an

In order to populate any server control with data dynamically, is it
ALWAYS NECESSARY to either BIND the DataSource to that server control
or call the DataBind method of that server control?
For e.g. consider the following code:
<script runat="server">
Sub Page_Load(ByVal obj As Object, ByVal ea As EventArgs)
If Not (Page.IsPostBack) Then
'create an array of colors

A SqlDataReader is populated with the records from a SQL Server 2005 DB
table. The records retrieved depends upon 2 conditions (the conditions
depend on what a user selects in an ASPX page). If condition1 is true,
then the SqlDataReader will be populated with the records existing in
table1 & will return 0 to the calling function but if condition2 is
true, then the SqlDataReader will be populated with the records from
another table named...

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
This is as boiled down as I can make it.
Here is my compilation command:
g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp
Here is the code in...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own....
Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...

Hello
I'm a network technician in training and I need your help.
I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs.
The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols.
I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
