Hello All,
I'm new to DB2, so apologies in advance for any stupid comments I
might make on this replication problem.
Using Information integrator and DB2 8.2 I managed to create a
nickname that references a table sitting on an Oracle 10g Database on
a different server.
I can reference the nickname and retrieve all the information on that
table from my DB2 instance.
The plan now is to have a replica of that table on my DB2 instance. I

Hello All,
Anybody out there know what this error is...I'm getting it while
trying to create a partial replica from a full replica made from the
design master.
"The Partial Replica Wizard has encountered an error while trying to
populate your partial replica with data. The error that the Jet
Engine has returned is: Reserved error (-1613); there is no message
for this error. After resolving this error, you can run the Wizard

Hi
Access 200. I have a replica and its associated master. When I try to open
any of these dbs, I get the message "This member of the replica set has
conflicts from synchronizing changes with other members. Do you want to
resolve these conflicts now?". When I select 'Yes', I get the below message.
Basically the conflict revolver is not coming up so I can't view and resolve
the conflicts. What is the problem and how can I fix it?
This...

Hi,
1. Does anybody know, how to handle the error massage 3114 in Access
2003 with Jet4.0, Version 4.0.8618.0?
According to http://www.mvps.org/access/bugs/bugs0010.htm the jet-engine
3.5 can be updated to avoid the error. But what to do in 4.0?
2. What can I do with error 3518:"systemtable tombstone cannot be opened
because it es allready in use".

Using A2K. I found a database front-end linked to a back-end which is
a Design Master. I was advised in another newsgroup to not use the DM
for a back-end; use the replica instead. So, there is a replica
sitting out there in the same folder as the DM that hasn't been
accessed for a while. I assume it is the one that was created when the
DM was created.
Any problems with syncing the replica, then changing the f-e to link to
the...

I am developing an ASP.NET application that uses Access 2000 as its backend,
and have just started getting the following error on 2 ASP.NET pages that
had been working until late last week (and I don't think I made any changes
to either page other than changing the user control that creates the
header).
Server Error in '/myApp' Application.

Hi,
In my partial replica only the contents of a few tables is being updated /
synchronized when I synchronize it with another replica. Is it possible to
find out which tables are synchronized? I took a look at the properties of
the table, but to no avail.
Thanks a lot.

I am working on an replica Access database with VB Coding that is used by multiple computers. On some computers, when one opens the database - a db1.mdb will appear as if it's copying itself. For other computers, this doesn't occur. All are using Windows XP and Windows Access 2003. The more one opens the database from some computer the more the db#.mdb appear -- yet all the data is still being stores and received by the Replica/Design Master....

Most computers default to English, but sometimes we require a different language, especially when relocating. Forgot to request a specific language before your computer shipped? No problem! You can effortlessly switch the default language on Windows 10 without reinstalling. I'll walk you through it.
First, let's disable language synchronization. With a Microsoft account, language settings sync across devices. To prevent any complications,...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own....
Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...
