Have a ASP form/page that displays information based on a date range. I
would like it to print sub-totals for the week(s) (ends on Saturday),
plus keep a running total for the end of the report. Not sure how to
have the break happen.
**code start**
If IsDate(lin) Then
wknda = lin
End If

I am having a problem grouping by week. I am looking for the
simpliest way of doing it in Microsoft Access. I have tried to use a
pre-loaded calender, access did not like it at all. If there is
another way of counting the number of ProblemCounts with a single
week, by using DatePart etc. Give me a shout. Thanks.

I'd like to get the totals of the payments and of the charges for each

Trying to show running totals on a report, except it needs to show one
total amount and values being subtracted from it. For example,
the report shows a Total Inventory amount (TotInvAmt). And then
amounts for each month for the orders like JanAmt, FebAmt, etc. I want
to show under each month column the following:

I was wondering if there is a simple way to present a totals column in
a bound datagrid where the totals aren't actually persisted (in my case
to an xml file). Ideally, when I populate the datagrid using the
dataview, I would like to add values to an unbound totals column.
What is the best way to do this? Perhaps the dataview should contain...

Hi,
Can someone get me started by pointing me to an example or tutorial.
I am displaying some weekly sales data using the GridView. The data
shows all sales data. I would like to group it by date and have
weekly summaries. Some weeks may have many sales some, not so many.
Also, I don't want to persist this info to the database; it...

I am looking for a way to make a query / report display the running
average for total dollars.
I have already set up a query to provide totals dollars per day from
which a report graphly shows the dollars per week. How do I then take
the dollars and get a running average for the year?

Hi folks,
I'm looking for a little advice here. I need to create a report that is totals only, with no detail records. I have a database with a lot of individuals (people) and the report has to have some overall totals, totals per state, totals by gender, race/ethnicity, and several other criteria. This report does not need to (and should not)...

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
This is as boiled down as I can make it. ...
