Chart Help Needed

I have a form where I want the user to pick the fields for a Pivot Chart from
3 Combo boxes. Each Combo box holds 50+ fields from a stored procedure. I
want the user to pick 1 or no fields for each box so the chart can have from
1-3 user selected fields on it. I need to know what route to take in doing
this. I am still new to creating Databases and I have only created 1 pivot
chart so far so any help will be gladly taken. Please let me know if more
infomation is needed.

I've been to http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/library/en-us/mschrt/html/vbobjtitleobject.asp, but still don't have a clue. For example, I've got a chart object namde 'grphStats' in a form named frmChart. ?Forms!frmChart!grphStats.Name returns "grphStats" as expected, but I can't get any further.

Hi, I am embedding various things into a Microsoft Word document. I want to embed and automate a chart control. I can embed an Excel.Chart.8 into my Word document manually (no problemo), but I cannot find this control on the "Add/Remove Components..." dialog in the VB.NET editor. What I want to do is use automation to create an Excel.Chart.8, then using the reference returned, build a graph from my VB.NET program. What do I cast it...

This is for A97 in runtime or MDE mode. My intent was to define a temporary query using the recordsetclone property / filter / orderby. The controlsource of my chart would be based on a grouped query based on this temporary query. Is this the best way or is there another one more efficient? Is it possible in a runtime environment to change the format of an axis (by Week ---> by Month) or the chart controlsource on report opening?

The sensor takes a reading every 4 seconds, and there are 23,000 reading per chart There appears to be a limit of 4000*4000 data points in MS Chart so I have had a play with the Office 10 activX chart control, but cant get that to plot the data at all. It always try to summaries the data for some reason fathomable only to Bill Gates! Mind you, the...

Most computers default to English, but sometimes we require a different language, especially when relocating. Forgot to request a specific language before your computer shipped? No problem! You can effortlessly switch the default language on Windows 10 without reinstalling. I'll walk you through it. First, let's disable language synchronization. With a Microsoft account, language settings sync across devices. To prevent any complications,...

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed. This is as boiled down as I can make it. Here is my compilation command: g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp Here is the code in...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own.... Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...
