I am working in Windows 2000 and Access 2000 and am a rookie in Access.
Coding merrily along, I stop periodically to test that everything works.
After adding a small amount of code to several events, when I try to run the
form suddenly won't run. I get the message "The expression On Open you entered
as the event property setting produced the following error: Constant Expression
Required."
Two possible reasons follow on the screen:

on the respective buttons absolutely nothing happens! I was wondering
if anyone could help? The code I have is below...

Hi everyone,
As some of you may know, we've been having trouble with an
unrecognized database format error.
Today I installed an unfinished project on the workstation of one of
my users. It's a query by form in which she enters the criteria of
the record she wants in an unbound form, and it pulls only that record
and switches to the entry form so she can enter data. I had noticed
it was faster than find or filter, so I offered it to...

my primary form, formlauncher goes visible=false when i click any of 6
buttons on it that open other forms. one of those forms (only one) has docmd.
maximize in it's open event. when any of these forms close, they all set
formlauncher visible=true. so here's my dilemma:
when this one maximized form is closed, formlauncher is maximized, which i do
not want. i can't get it to movesize on any event procedure for when it is
visible=true...

I'm having trouble figuring out what I need to do here. Basically, I
want to pull data from several different tables and send them to a form
using open args. However, the form that is being fed need to have
certain columns of data concatenated. Here is the code I have so far.
I'm sure it's not right because it doesn't work right.
Private Sub cmdEdit_Click()
Dim sSQL As String
sSQL = "Select RENTAL., RENTAL., EVENT." & _

I have a MDI form, sometimes child forms and sometimes forms that are
neither
If I close the app the child forms closing and closed event happens followed
by the Mdi form receiving the events..
But the regular forms that are also open do not receive that event. This is
true whether there are child forms open or not.

button represents a part. When I click on any of the buttons they open

Dear forum friends,
With the development of smart home technology, a variety of wireless communication protocols have appeared on the market, such as Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc. Each protocol has its own unique characteristics and advantages, but as a user who is planning to build a smart home system, I am a bit confused by the choice of these technologies. Hello
I'm a network technician in training and I need your help.
I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs.
The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols.
I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
