I'm running ASP on IIS 5. My users who are on the network can access our
database. Any users from the internet "outside" the network can't access it.
We don't have a firewall. Our Windows Server crashed and ever since then its
been a problem.
Any suggestions. I think it is a setting in IIS.

i have a project which is include ASP, VB, VB COM, MTS, IIS.
when the user enter the site the user is asked to login using UserID and
Password after that i am passing those values to COM Objects and those COM
objects are setting the Session values through ASP intransic objects., if
the user is a valid user then i am taking out his personal info including
his accessLevel (integer field) and setting thoise values to session
variables.

I have a mysql setting problem that is driving me mad. Hopefully someone can

On the local network I have windows 2000/iis5 machine running our intranet
site, with php and mysql working ok. Anonymous access is disabled, and root
has been assigned a password and given full access to all tables from all
hosts (i reliase this isn't secure but its only temporary for testing)

To create a excel report from ASP.NET I do the folowing steps:
-Create a HTML document.
-Use Response.ContentType = "application/vnd.ms-excel"
Everything works fine and the excel report is shown inside the IE.

Hi guys and girls. I can't seem to figure this one out. Here is my setup: Speedtouch 536 DSL Modem, Nexxt 4 Port Wireless Router, CNET CIC 920W Wireless IP Camera.
The camera is set up in wireless mode and any computer on the wireless or local area network can see the camera and access the video. The setup went perfect for the internal network.

I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
