I'm trying to create a report from two queries, one query displays
which customers bought a particular product, the quantity and price
using the "Enter productID" as parameter
While the other is displaying the dates which the product was bought
quantity and price also using "Enter productID" as parameter
In the report footer a calculation is made to display the quantatiy
left in stock and the value of stock left.

Hi, I have an report in Microsoft Access and it displays everything in
the table. One column called "DECISION" in the table has either 1,2,
or 3 in it. On my report it displays 1, 2, or 3. I want to appear in
the report is Yes, No, or Maybe. What do I need to do to change what
appears in the report/what term do I need to search out in Google?
Thank you
Colin

I've got an unbound text box on a subreport that doesn't display all
it's data. At most the data may be 50 words long. The text box is 2"
wide and only enough text to fill the width once is printed. I
verified thru debug that all of the data is getting put into the text
box. Am I doing something wrong here?
Thanks for any help or advice.

I am trying to set up an unbound form to enter report criteria.
I've followed the MS Office Assistance document: "Create a form to
enter report criteria" which describes how to enter data (such as
dates) in a text box. This procedure works fine. However, I also need
to enter data from a combo box and I cannot get this to work. On my
form I've created an unbound combo box named "Name". In the query bound
to the report I've entered the...

I have a report which I call to print from a form. For security
reasons I have created a global variable:
Const Company = "This Test Company"
I call that constant whereever I want the company name to show whether
it be a textbox or a label on a form. In this situation I have the
unbound textbox on a report which, through VBA calls the constant and
assigns it to the textbox.

I have a report that prints daily. The report needs to print whether or
not there are records available. I read in an old post on this group
that putting an unbound text box in the report footer, with the
following code in the OnNoData event would work like a charm --
Private Sub Report_NoData(Cancel As Integer)
Dim NoInboundLoads As TextBox
Me!NoInboundLoads = "No inbound loads scheduled for today."
Cancel = False
End Sub

My report is based on a query with user input . In my report I
have a text box with the following code: =. This works when the
query outcome is 1 or more records. But when the query output is zero
records this field shows #Error while I would like this text box to still
show the year the user entered. The user input doesn't seem to be available
when there is no query outcome.
Anyone an idea to make this possible?
thanks,
john

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
This is as boiled down as I can make it.
Here is my compilation command:
g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp
Here is the code in...

Overview:
Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Dear forum friends,
With the development of smart home technology, a variety of wireless communication protocols have appeared on the market, such as Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc. Each protocol has its own unique characteristics and advantages, but as a user who is planning to build a smart home system, I am a bit confused by the choice of these technologies. I'm particularly interested in Zigbee because I've heard it does some...

Hello
I'm a network technician in training and I need your help.
I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs.
The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols.
I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
