table only not form and data access page, drop down list to drop down list

How will you make a drop down list that rely information from another
drop down list with the help of row source, sql and query not with the
of form, pages and vba.

Every department has different designation and every designation has
different section.....

Thank You!

User selects an item in Combo1 and that causes the row source in Combo2 to
change, right? Basically, you would place a reference to Combo1 in the SQL
for Combo2. Something like:

Select Field1, Field2 From TableForCombo2 Where
SomeField=[Forms]![FormContainingC ombos]![Combo1]

Then, in the Combo1 AfterUpdate event, place:

Is there really any advantage to using DIV elements with float style properies, vs. the old method of TABLE and TR and TD? I'm finding that by using DIV, it still involves the same number of elements in the HTML to get everything just right. When you consider the class attribute on the DIV elements, there's not much size savings anymore...
