I'm trying to merge two XML files that have the same structure but not
necessarily the same nodes in the same order. I've tried opening the files as
datasets and using the DataSet.Merge() function, but this only "fumbles" the
data together and puts children under the wrong parent nodes. How else could
I go about merging the files? I'm using C# .NET.

I budget for a Project in an Excel sheet as illustrated below. The
months below are usually a 2 year period i.e. 24 months, though it
could be over 24 months depending upon a Project. I then need to
input this in an Access database, where I do a comparison with the
Actual cost. The table “TblBudget” in Access is made of 4

1. I have a list of products in an excel spreadsheet, the fields are:
Prefix, Stock Code, Suffix and Description. I want to import them into

Below is an earlier post to an Excel Group..
....but I thought that there might be a way to do this in Access
by importing data and then creating append and/or update query. I would
most certainly need to use the right type of table join and criteria in
the query to perform the task, and don't find myself an expert or up to
par as far as I'm concerned.

I've got two datasets, each containing a single data table.
dstDataSetA.Tables("TableA")
dstDataSetB.Tables("TableB")
I want to merge them together and delete any non-matching rows.
dstDataSetB.Merge(dstDataSetA) doesn't do this.
Any ideas or suggestions gratefully received.

fashion. I have 2 instances of SQL db's. Due to constraints, I can't
create a db link between the two. So, I'm forced to do 1 request to
each. The problem is I would like my final result set to be merged
together using foreign keys.

A while back I researched and wrote a script that uses gd to make merge
an arrow on a compass to show wind direction, and another on a
speedometer to show wind speed, now I'd like to enhance these "gauges"
even more on the wind speedometer, I'd like to show high and low and
