Access 2000 upsized to SQL Server problem passing value from Form to Query

I used the upsize wizard to change my Access 2002 database to a SQL
Server ADP project. I had a form where the user entered a value into a
text box and when a command button on the form was clicked a Report was
opened. The reports record source is a query. The query uses the
value from the form text box to restrict the query.
Table name = EggsTable
one of the columns in the table is named: EggColor
Form name = EggColorForm
Form text box name = ColorTextBox
the OLD sql query is:
SELECT EggsTable.EggCo lor
FROM EggsTable
WHERE (((EggsTable.Eg gColor)=[Forms]![EggColorForm]![ColorTextBox]));

This no longer works. Does anyone know how to change the syntax to get
this to work? Or do I need to do something different, like function or
variable, etc.?

I also tried just opening the report with the report's Server Filter
property set to:

EggColor=N'Form s.EggColorForm. ColorTextBox'

but that didn't work either

Hello all Would it be possible to migrate the MS Access 2000 to MS SQL Server 2000? My application is using MS Access 2000 as database and as user interface such as forms. Now, I want to migrate the backend database from MS Access 2000 to MS SQL Server 2000. However, I want to keep the MS Access 2000 interface. Would it be possible?

I got a big Access database I'd like to convert to MS SQL Server 2000 and I'm looking for an efficient automated tool to convert data (over 1 400 tables), query, forms and interface. Does somebody can provide me with a list or, at least,a suggestion of tools that has already been used or well known for their efficiency.(except upsizing wizard and DTS, I tried with no success, since I'm not a programmer) Thanks,

upsized an MDB to ADP/SQL Server 2000 under Access 2000. All the DAO code that I've changed to ADO code is working fine, HOWEVER the form Record Source itself does not seem willing to return data. I've set the Record Source to both the query, and the SQL contained within the query, and although the system pauses long enough to have gone out and retrieved the data, I can't see it. The form itself remains gray. In addition: ...

Hello everybody, I've got a bit of a situation that I could use some guidance with if possible. I work for an auditing firm where my users audit electronic shipping data for customers to see if they've been overcharged for shipments by truck and rail carriers. 99.9% of the time, one of our auditors needs to see all data sent by a customer in datasheet view so that they can sort records in many different ways looking for duplication...

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed. This is as boiled down as I can make it. Here is my compilation command: g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp Here is the code in...

Hello I'm a network technician in training and I need your help. I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs. The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols. I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
