Hello,
I posted a msg on the Access-related groups in hope someone there
could help me but since almost two days have past and I didnt get a
response (Im a bit hard pressed with the problem) I thought I might
try some of you guys since you also deal with the Visual part of
visual basic and since vba shouldn`t be all that different from vb....
(I changed the order of the post and edited the junk out a bit to make
it a bit more readable but...

I am trying to figure out how to clear all items from a combobox
(Access 2002).
On my form, I have to comboboxes. Combobox 2 is populated with a set
of child data dependent on the parent data item selected in Combobox 1.
This is done through the .AddItem method of Combobox 2 looping through
the recordset.
This works fine, until --> the data item in the Combobox 1 is changed,
then Combobox 2 just appends the "new" related child data...

We are trying to rebuild a current Access 2002 (XP) mdb program to VB.NET

There are many threads discussing multiple column comboboxes in .NET. We
are having success with the multiple columns similar to the combobox from
Access 2002 (XP).

Greetings,
I have to load 30,000 unique names into a combox. Filling a dataTable takes
only a few milliseconds. But populating the combobox and displaying the list
takes several seconds - way too long. A user selects a name from the
combobox and runs a query.
Originally, this combox was on a form in an MS Access ADP which was linked
directly to our sql server. The combobox populated withins millisecnods.
How can I achieve this...

I'm using a ComboBox to display objects of a class I've defined, say CQQ.
Works great except somehow I occasionally set an Item to a String object
instead of an object of type CQQ.
It looks like Text replaces an item or something like that.
This results in a runtime error at which time I learn that the item that
should be CQQ is a String.

I have to fix a problem in JSP.Actually,i have a JSP page say Ex1.jsp.In this Ex1.jsp i have an anchor tag which links into another JSP page i.e when i click on the link another pop-up window will open.My problem is the pop-up window and the parent window has same combobox.if i add data through html form in pop-up window(Ex2.jsp) it enters the combobox...but the data in the combobox of parent window(Ex1.jsp) is entering only when i refresh...
