Hi Tom,
There are lots of different ways to approach this... and these are just a
few that I can think of right of the top of my head.
Without changing existing data, just changing how it is *displayed*...
(This would require doing this for all forms / reports)
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Format: "<" ... in each of the textual control's property sheets
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Or *changing the existing data permanently*.(B ackup your database first!)
Design an Update Query that would change the case of the data in each field,
again using the StrConv() function.
(BTW, The Constant for "vbLowerCas e" = '2', and you'll have to use it that
way in a query.)
eg.
UPDATE tblArtists SET tblArtists.Arti stName = StrConv([ArtistName],2),
tblArtists.Genr e = StrConv([Genre],2);
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Later, If you wanted to ensure that data will contnue to be entered in the
correct format, you could use the StrConv() function in the AfterUpdate
event of each textbox control.

I have data entered in Uppercase. I need to view it in lower case in a
continuous form. Any ideas???
