Check Box Problem with Make Table Query

I'm probably doing something stupid, but I have a make table query.
One of the tables I reference has some check box fields in it. Their
Data Type is Yes/No, their field property format is Yes/No, they have
no default value, and their Display Control is Check Box. When I run
my make table query, the new fields have a Yes/No Data Type, but the
field property format comes up blank, and the Display Control comes up
as Text Box. How come all of the properties aren't coming over with
the make table query? I tried setting them manually, but when I run
it again, and the table gets deleted before it gets made again, the
properties go away. Any ideas?

Design details like that will not be transferred by a Make Table Query.
Do you really need to re-make the table every time?
It's often more convenient to use a Delete Query to remove all data from
your table, then an Append Query to put the new data in.
Note that with a MakeTable Query, you lose all your indexing as well -
including your primary key!

I am looking for a simple way to check if a database table exists. I keep getting advice to use "Try.. Catch" and other error handling methods, but I obviously don't want to have to display an error message and stop the process every time someone loads the script after the table is created because that would mean the page could only ever run once which of course not the solution I was looking for. I simply want to know how I can check...

I'm building an internal site which will allow for extremely customizable queries to be run against our SQL Server (2000) DB. The page is done in ASP .net 2.0, with C# code behind. The initial page has a checkboxlist which is generated from a query which returns all the user tables in our database. This is checkboxlistTables. For each table selected in this list I want to dynamically generate a new checkboxlist in a (HTML) table on the...

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed. This is as boiled down as I can make it. Here is my compilation command: g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp Here is the code in...

Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Hello I'm a network technician in training and I need your help. I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs. The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols. I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
