Is there a simple program that will give me a diagram of all the sources of
reports (queries and tables, and sometimes forms I guess).
Thanks

Hi,
I'm building a database that, once a year, generates surveys that are emailed
to people in our organization. The recipients of the surveys are managers of
various departments. The emails must list each department manager that reports
to the recipient. For example:
John Doe - Director - Department 10 (recipient of the email)
Reporting Managers:
Jane Doe - Manager - Department 10A

I'm using Access 2002, as front-end and back-end as well:
1) I faced database corrupted problems, when more than 1 user edit
concurrently.
I'm using All-records Locking, and open-exclusively as default.
But, still face the same problem: Database corrupted! (But, it allows
to be repaired)
2) I found that the relationship linkage between those related
tables(which corrupted) was disconnected/lost after problem (1)

When I define relations in the Backend of my Database, everything works
fine. I get these funny lines (with 1 and "OO") between the fields of
the different table that indicate a one to many relationship.
Then, when I try to build a query in the frontend, these signs
disappear in the query design window, and as a consequence, the form
wizzard based on such a query won´t let me construct a subform in the
main form.
I could make my...

Ok...I'll first describe briefly what I've done.
Working from a paper form with over 200 fields - broken into 10 areas, I
created a database with 10 tables. I then created a form using those 10
tables, created queries and then reports based on those queries. All works
well until.... you complete a form and DO NOT fill one or more sections (in
other words not filling in an underlying table, then everything falls apart.
Example tables:

There is no foolproof way to always win when gambling

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
This is as boiled down as I can make it.
Here is my compilation command:
g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp
Here is the code in...

Overview:
Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

The next Access Europe User Group meeting will be on Wednesday 1 May 2024 starting at 18:00 UK time (6PM UTC+1) and finishing by 19:30 (7.30PM).
In this session, we are pleased to welcome a new presenter, Adolph Dupré who will be discussing some powerful techniques for using class modules.
He will explain when you may want to use classes instead of User Defined Types (UDT). For example, to manage the data in unbound forms.
Adolph will...

Hello
I'm a network technician in training and I need your help.
I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs.
The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols.
I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
