I have a table called order_shipment with primary keys order_id,
order_item_seq_id etc. I also another table called order_item with
primary keys order_id, order_item_seq_id etc.
I want all the order_id's which look like '7000%' that are in
order_item but not in order_shipment. Please help me with creating the
sql. I tried UNION, LEFT OUTER JOINS etc. But nothing works, if there
was a MINUS like in Oracle 9i it would solve my problem, but...

I am having problem on following situation, any comments are welcome.
I have this table A which contents most of the data, that needs to be
query based on a name field in table B and was linked to table A by an
index. Then I need to minus another table C's data from table A with

One of our clients recently upgraded their Office version to 2003. When
they tried to run our program (written in Access 2000), they ended up
with the wrong data. My coworker and I have tested this problem and
found that it ONLY occurs on Windows XP machines running Office 2003.
The problem ends up being that ONE 1-to-1 join in ONE query within the
application does not perform as a 1-to-1 join. It acts as though there
is no join at all....

Unicode U+00B1 is ± - a plus sign sitting on top of a minus sign,
possibly visible as "±"; "plus/minus", in ISO-7 coding.
As Alan will no doubt remember, algebraic work requiring that character
may well have need of its reciprocal, "minus/plus", a minus sign sitting
on top of a plus sign.
I've not found it in a middle-size list of Unicode characters; nor have
I found an entity name that works.
