Join & Minus Tables in Access

I am having problem on following situation, any comments are welcome.

I have this table A which contents most of the data, that needs to be
query based on a name field in table B and was linked to table A by an
index. Then I need to minus another table C's data from table A with
the same index link from table B. How do I query from the situation
and Access-usable?

From what I think you mean, you want to use the Find Non matching query
wizard using tables a & c then join b in.

I would really appreciate someone's help on this, or at least point me in the right direction.... I'm working on a permit database that contains 12 tables, and rather than list all of the tables, I'll just list a few, as the links are the same for all tables. These tables are: tblPermitMain tblApplicant tblContractor tblEngineer

One of our clients recently upgraded their Office version to 2003. When they tried to run our program (written in Access 2000), they ended up with the wrong data. My coworker and I have tested this problem and found that it ONLY occurs on Windows XP machines running Office 2003. The problem ends up being that ONE 1-to-1 join in ONE query within the application does not perform as a 1-to-1 join. It acts as though there is no join at all....

Unicode U+00B1 is ± - a plus sign sitting on top of a minus sign, possibly visible as "±"; "plus/minus", in ISO-7 coding. As Alan will no doubt remember, algebraic work requiring that character may well have need of its reciprocal, "minus/plus", a minus sign sitting on top of a plus sign. I've not found it in a middle-size list of Unicode characters; nor have I found an entity name that works.

I appreciate how difficult it is to resolve a problem without all the information but maybe someone has come across a similar problem. I have an 'extract' table which has 1853 rows when I ask for all rows where period_ = 3. The allocation table for info has 210 rows. I have two scripts below. The first script where I specify a period on a join, brings back 1853 lines and works. The second script where I specify the period in the...

Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Hello I'm a network technician in training and I need your help. I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs. The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols. I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
