In our old VB 6 application we utilize a mail merge feature of Word 97 with
MS Access. A table in Access is populated from VB and a Word template is
wired to that table. So all we do in the code is call the merge method of
Word.

My A2003 is set up so that the default file format is Access 2000
(options, advanced tab). I've just tried to make my first A2003 mdb
into an mde and I get an error saying: "you cannot create a <mdb name>
ADE or MDE from a dtabase saved in <mdb name> 2000 format."
Also, in help there's a curious note I simply don't understand which

We have an Access 2000 MDB with a SQL 7 back end. We are upgrading SQL
Server to SQL 2005, and are considering upgrading to Access 2003. Someone
mentioned that they had heard about some incompatibilities between Access
2003 and SQL Server 2005. Anyone hear of anything? And, if so, would staying
with Access 2000 be better?

I add a JavaScript event handler to some of my Webcontrols using the
Attributes.Add() method as follows:
Dim jscode as String = "return (event.keyCode>=65&&event.keyCode<=90);"
TextBox2.Attributes.Add("onKeyPress", jscode)
You will notice that jscode contains the JavaScript Logical And operator

Hi,
I created and distributed an Access 2003 MDE. When the user opens up
a form he get's an error message :Function is not available in
expressions in query expression 'Trim( & ", " &
)'.
It works fine at other clients.
How can I resolve this? I do not see anything in the MS KB.

I have code within my DB application to process credit cards through
authorize.net. Ive been using the same code for several years without a
problem.
I have an order entry computer and after reinstalling Win XP, we used
Office/Access 2003.
When we try to process CC's we get a debug screen and Access itself
crashes.
