I have a form with multiple pages on it. There is one text field
on the third page of the form that I need the user to
complete before leaving the form or moving to the next record.
So, in the BeforeUpdate event of the form itself I have the following code:

I have a form with about 30 fields. Much of data entry for this form involves
the same data for many of the fields. To save typing time, in the form's
AfterUpdate event I run a procedure that sets the defaultvalue property of each
field to the value of that field in the last saved record. Essentially what
happens is when a record is saved it becomes the default new record in the form.

I have a continious form which keeps automatically scrolling down when
it is loaded. This form's control source is a query that has 2 fields
and each is derived from a DSum function
How can I stop this scrolling and just have the data fill into this form
either instantly or atleast gradually fills in but not have atleast 6 to
7 times keeps filling in. This looks very poor to the user.
Appreciate if someone could point me in the right...

navigation button on the new order record with nothing on the subform
(order details), we got an order with nothing ordered. How can we
prevent this from happening?

I have a form (continuous) that show me data from a table (not a
query). I can only modify and move between the data of the first
record. I cannot move to the 2nd, 3rd, or 85th record, only the first.
I don't know if I've turned on something unintentionally or what.
Any insights?

In many places in my application, I have a DataGridView which users can
either enter data into or use as a method of navigation in a
master/detail form view. I need a method of stopping the user from
leaving a row if there is invalid data in it (e.g., a field that cannot
be null is). Because there is no Cancel argument on the parameters for
the RowLeave event, I can manage to catch the error and throw up a
message, but I am unable to stop...

I want to be able to keep the current form on the current record. That
is, the arrow key, the tab or the enter should not cause the form to go
to next record or previous record. Preferably loop from last tab stop
to first and visa versa.

I have a form, frmVehicleEntryForm.
On it is a subform control named frmAddnlOwnrListSubForm.
The subform control's source object is frmAddnlOwnrListSubForm.
When I click on the subform control, an attempt to SAVE the partially
entered record on the main form is attempted. I do not understand
where this behavior is coming from or why. Haven't a clue where to
look. Anyone familiar with this behaviour?

I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
