Help needed to store quiz solutions from db to VB

Basically I want to store the answer of a single-choice question
(where candidate selects one answer) and multiple-choice question
(where candidate selects more than one answer). I would like to store
it in a table and then when I run the quiz application on VB, I would
like to track answers for both types of questions.

Please help me solve this problem.
Much appreciated.

I have created a similar database before. You can create a table that
will list the questions and say what type each question is. It would
either be a single-choice question or a multiple-choice question.
Create a combo table to store the answers to the questions. There
would be an id field, a question number field and a question answer
field. For the single question an example would be
id=1,Quest=1,An swer=a. For a multiple question an example would be
id=2,Quest=2, Answer=a and id=3, Quest=2, Answer=b.
Hope that helps. If interested I could maybe help create a database
for you.

On submit should send the answer to A) a database (using access for now) to track scoring...

I am using VS2003 and VB.NET. My project is to locate book titles within a library collection exported into an XML file and edit quiz information related to that book's library record. The "quiz information" originates in another text file containing book titles and quiz information. -The quiz file is a plain text file that I will iterate through in code. -The XML file is a collection of thousands of "MARC records" that need to be...

I have a multi threaded VB.NET application (4 threads) that I use to send text messages to many, many employees via system.timer at a 5 second interval. Basically, I look in a SQL table (queue) to determine who needs to receive the text message then send the message to the address. Only problem is, the employee may receive up to 4 of the same messages because each thread gets the recors then sends the message. I need somehow to prevent...

Hi all, I've been working on a listing problem and I can't figure out how to work it out. I have looked far and wide on the web to find answers, but I'd like other peoples input on my project in the whole. I really need MySQL wizz to give me a hand (and maybe refer me to books to get me to the wizz level myself). First off, english is a second language to me and sometimes my sentences might be a little awkward. Please forgive me. Mon...

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed. This is as boiled down as I can make it. Here is my compilation command: g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp Here is the code in...

Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own.... Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...
