Inserting text into MS Access with ASP.NET

Hello all,

Can anyone out there please explain me how to insert text wich is
formatted into an access database via ASP.NET?

Now, I can insert plain text (without characters like ' and page
breaks, bold or cursive format, etc...).

When I try to insert 'chris' then I get a query error (wich is
logical, since the SQL interpreter doesn't know anymore where the
query statement ends).

Is there any way to avoid this error while inserting special
characters and formatted text?
Thanks in advance guys for your help!

This is more of an ASP.NET configuration question than an Access question. I know a
little of the answer but only enough to be very dangerous. <smile>

Hi, I'm using Visual Studio 2005. I am developing a web application that uses the FileUpload control to upload text files to a directory on a webserver. This works fine. However, for me to be able to further process the files, I need to insert some data at the BEGINNING of the text file. All the solutions I've seen either append the text to the end of the file, or overwrite the data at the start of the file, or read the entire file into...

Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own.... Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers.
