Report formating problem

I have a report with 2 sub reports on it.
The report is an invoice and the sub reports are dropping data onto the invoice.
This worked fine if generating 1 invoice at a time.
I am trying to create a run of invoices. I would like the appropriate data for
each custid from each sub report to be on the same page. The nearest I can get
is 2 pages for each customer
Any Thoughts
TIA

1. Put the data for the main report in the report header
2. Put the two subreports in the detail section of the main report
3. Make the height of each subreport control 1" and set the can grow property
to True
4. Put any invoice totals in the footer of the main report

To fit on one page, the total number of lines in the main report and the two
subreports plus any attendant vertical space in the main report and the two
subreports must fit on one page. Do they?

Thanks for the reply. Yep done all your points.
What I am getting is
P1 Cust 1 data from subrep1
P2 Cust 1 data from subrep 2
P3 Cust 2 data from subrep 1
P4 Cust 2 data from subrep 2
etc

I need all Cust 1 data on 1 page. They fit fine if just producing 1 invoice.
I am working on a month end routine where all customers invoices are produced at
once
Reason for 2 reports is that first is from a reservations table.- Use of Arena,
Cross country course etc.
2nd is a sales table. Hay, Straw, Blacksmith etc.
I couldn`t find a way of putting the 2 together

You don't say anything about data on the main report so I presume there is none
and the main report only houses the two subreports. If you have both subreports
in the detail section, then the only thing that can make subreport 2 go to a new
page after subreport 1 is either subreport 1 takes up a whole page or you have a
page break bretween subreport 1 and subreport 2. Look carefully for this - it's
just three small dots at the left side of the detail section.

Remove the force new page. Put the customer details of the main report at the
top of the main report'd detail section. Then below that put your two
subreports. Below the bottom subreport put a page break.

Hi there, A client of mine wants to start generating some reports from their PHP / MYSQL database. They were previously gathering data from the screen and cutting and pasting it into a Word document template. They now just want to generate it. As the subject states, I have been playing in the system trying to figure out a method of using a report as the email body text. So far, the closest I have come is the acFormatHTML. However, when the report is more than one page, it autoformats the report to multiple pages. I need one document. Reason for doing this as text vs. attachment is in order to make the message easier to view for the reader/receipent.
