By rotating image, do u mean a animated gif?

Is so there are two ways you can approach this

1) Web Browser

a) Create a webpage that contains a link to your image
eg
<html><head><head><body><img src="myimage.gid></body><html>

b) Create a form that contains the web browser control (insert activex control)
and point this browser to your webpage

c) Now use this form as a borderless subform, this then gives u the effect of a animated image

2) Active X Controls - GIF98

a) download and register this dll (suggest u add to windows\system32 directory)

b) create a form, insert this active x control on your form and apply the image

I'm trying, for a week or two, to create a procedure in order to rotate the image in any picturebox control in a cephalometry software. I've found a web site that shows how that can be done: http://vb-helper.com/index_vbnet.html but the problem is that the image doesn't stay at the top, instead, the image is created upon another bitmap, even...
