select query in XML

Hi

Is it possible to use select query with adavanced options like hash, ordered etc . . within an XML.

for example

select /*+ ORDERED USE_HASH(PAR1,BILLING_ACCOUNT,SUBSCRIBER,SERVICE_A GREEMENT,PAR2) parallel(BILLING_ACCOUNT,2) parallel(SUBSCRIBER,2) */
. . .

If yes - is that the way to use it or is it have to written in special convention?
