When I attach my USB or Flashdrive into the computers port, it never opens the files save on it coz a cetain message will appear "this operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator."

The message tells you everything you need to know. The computer administrator has restricted users from doing that. So you need to talk to the computer administrator.
