BMI calculator

2 New Member
I am trying to make a bmi calculator, but i am stuck. I need some help with making
a project that follows these guidelines:

Write a program that takes a person's height and
weight in pounds and returns the body mass index(BMI).
BMI is defined as the weight, expressed in kilograms,
divided by the square of the height expressed in
meters. One inch is 0.0254 meters and one pound is
0.454 kilograms. Write a program that prompts the
user to input their height and weight in text boxes
and displays their BMI. It must also keep track of
average BMI and total number of people calculated.
Output information to a text are. You only need one
button.

Use Try's and Catches and document all code
with comments.

I would greatly appreciate if somebody could help me with it.

Thankyou

The experts on this site are more than happy to help you with your problems but they cannot do your assignment/program for you. Attempt the assignment/program yourself first and post questions regarding any difficulties you have or about a particular function of the code that you don't know how to achieve.

Please read the Posting Guidelines and particularly the Coursework Posting Guidelines.

Then when you are ready post a new question in this thread.
