Help with the TIME command

Hi guys could really use a hand in VB6, is it possible to create a world clock based on taking part of a value from TIME and adding say 1 to its value depending what time zone you select from a combo box. E.G>> 15:00 taking the 15 and storing it to a variable and then displaying back as say 16:00, i am confused on this one and am not very good at explaining things.

Adding and subtracting might be easiest by using the TimeSerial() function.
For instance, to split up the current time and add an hour, you could do somethiing like...

Dim HH As Long, MM As Long, SS As Long
HH = Hour(Now)
MM = Minute(Now)
SS = Second(Now)
Dim NewTime As Date
NewTime = TimeSerial(HH + 1, MM, SS)
