caption-like...

ei guys...newbie is back...
i just want to ask question how would i put a caption-like in every button...
here is the idea...

if you are going to move your mouse over a button, something will appear a guide telling what it's function and what it's all about... (CAPTION?!)
i think its also applicable also to textbox, etc... not only in buttons/commands

i called it caption-like coz i don't know if its caption or there is another term for that

its tooltexttip... you could find it in the properties window

Yes, this sort of thing can be referred to in a number of ways, such as "balloon text" or "balloon help" or "popup help" but in VB parlance they are known as "Tool Tips".
