Executing the exe in all User logins.

Hi,

I want to execute the .exe file to display info.. for all the users when they login/start the windows. The file should run at startup for all the users. I dont have Admin rights to install and I cannot edit other than HKEY_CURRENT_USER.

If I kept the file in Start up folder. It is not excuting for other users when they loged in the same computer where i kept the file. So need code plsss...
