Quiz programme with VB effects

Hello,

I would like to know what are the basic require that I should be familiar within VB6 for creating a QUIZ programme (standalone) which can be

a) an executable
b) should access a DATA BASE file(question , options cum ansewer with diificulty option)

For example....
a) If a create a Form with "Start Quiz" ( a lable / a control button)
b) then how to link it to go to next screen of programme where actual questionair starts

Note: My interest is to create like USA's - who becomes Millionair
India's - Kown Banega Carode Pati
