I am creating a Program for college, in which the Program will read a Folder
and create

a HTML page from the pictures that are storrd in that folder. .

What would be the best way to do it in VB Net 2003.

Thanks

You have posted to at least 2 groups that are not
relevant. comp.lang.basic.visual and
comp.lang.visual.basic are both VB groups where
people are using VB5/6. VB.Net is different; VB
code wouldn't help you. Try these:

microsoft.public.dotnet.general
microsoft.public.dotnet.languages.vb
microsoft.public.vsnet.general

Write the appropiate html code to a file (most simple is propably to
write it sequential) and save it as *.htm. Since this isn't the right
newsgroup for questions about .NET it is obvious I can't help you with
the code ;-)
