It is possible to compile vb6 code to run on a pocket pc?

No - which is a PITA

The nearest thing is www.appforge.com

You could do it by hand, if you know assembly for the Pocket PC.

Found embedded visual basic, its free from the microsoft site.
200mb download but its just like a cut down version of VB6..

In less than 10 hours ive already ported my app! Excellent!

eVB is not really like VB6 - it is more VBScript
- there are vast differences

I had a good look at it some years ago and decided it was totally
unsuitable for what I needed.

eVB is not really like VB6 - it is more VBScript

I had a good look at it some years ago and decided it was totally
unsuitable for what I needed.


It may not be suitable for everyone, but for my purposes it works well.
There are
differences but on the whole it didnt take long to rewrite little bits of
code that were
not compatible..

I am glad to hear it

In my case I had a fairly large project that relied heavily on Classes
and UDTs
