I have a big ugly program in Excel that I'm trying to remake in
Access. I'm not very good at either program I'm afraid.
Right now I'm trying to call up the xla file that holds the code in
Excel and borrow a lengthy procedure from it. I can't seem to get the
xla file to load when I open the Excel workbook. Any ideas?

I'm trying to run a Excel macro, which uses SOLVER.XLA Add-In, in
VB.NET application. When the macro is executed I get the following
error message
"Solver: An unexpected internal error occured, or
available memeory was exhausted"
Any suggestions whats causing this error and how to debug it???

In VB6 I have an app that interacts with Excel via some VBA routines written
in an Excel Workbook (XLA). When the XLA loads it calls the VB6 DLL and
passes a reference to the instance of Excel that it is running in. The VB6
DLL stores this info using the following code
Private gExcel as Object
Public Property Set Excel(XL As Object)
Set gExcel = XL
End Property

Hi All,
I'm trying to use C# to open up an Excel file that has a bunch of
dependent files. Inside Excel, you can specify the startup files in
Tools->Options->General Tab. My excel file has a reference to an .XLA
file and links to 2 .XLS files. However, when I use C# to open up my
excel file, only the .XLA file got open up but the 2 .XLS files didn't.
So now I've a lot of #VALUE and #NAME errors in my excel file. Can
anyone help me...

Looking for a very quick bit on of advice on how to make some python

I can get it to compile in VB 2005 Express, but I cannot get it to generate
a .xla file, I just get a binary (dll?) formatted file and a blank setup
