64 New Member
Hi,

I want information regarding the exporting the Crystal Report to DIF format. The queries:

1. Is DIF format safe for using to export the report?
2. If Yes then when creating the setup file, which DLL's are to be passed?
3. If No tell problem regarding the usage of the DIF formatted file.

Hi, In my ASP.NET web application project we need to design crystal reports with Crystal Reports version 8.5 enterpraise edition(Please Note:It is not the Crystal Reports that comes with VisualStudio.NET). Also the Crsyatl Report software 8.5 version will not be installed in the IIS web server which is hosting my ASP.NET web application. It will be installed in a different server which has .net and IIS 5.0.

I posted this question on the Crystal Reports Support site and I am still waiting for an answer. Using Crystal Reports 9.0 Developer Full edition: My Crystal report .RPT file has a Picture box which is an OLE Object located in the Page Header section of my .RPT file. This is the call which works perfectly in VB6 to format the crystal reports Page Header section of my report file EquipLst.rpt.

I am exporting my report to an html file using Crystal Reports. I have set the following properties: htmlOpts.HTMLBaseFolderName = @"C:\Temp\"; htmlOpts.HTMLFileName = "MyTest.html"; My file ends up in a temp folder (temp_187cb3f0-60bf-4ea7-a0f7-651a1bb0feb3) which gets created in C:\Temp. Also, it ends up having a .htm extension instead of .html. How can I avoid having this extra folder created and get the correct extension?

In order to save typing, I've borrowed the text from a post of nearly 12 months ago.....but the problem still exists. I've been banging my head all day with this, so I'm hoping someone has some suggestions for me: I'm trying to either print or export some Crystal Reports in asp.net web application. The reports were made with CR 9.0, get their data from an SQL Server 2000 database.

The short of it: If you needed to import a CSV file of a certain structure on a regular basis(say 32 csv files, each to one a table in 32 databases), what would be your first instinct on how to set this up so as to do it reliably and minimize overhead? There are currently no constraints on the destination table. Assume the user or some configuration specifies the database name, server name, and filename+fullpath. The server is SQL...

Hello I am creating some crystal reports (for visual studio 2005) based on the content of certain .NET objects. I'm doing this in .NET 2.0. For one of them I'm using a Cross-table to summarize the information of a bunch of objects. The actual data is numeric. Since these reports are meant to be flexible number formatting must be configured as defined by the requirements. For example, sometimes the values will have to be rounded to 5...

Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...
