Hey there, shashi59!

Follow instructions below for a solution...

IMPORTANT: Add the file name to Google, see what it comes up with before trying this solution. Microsoft may have an article out there on this.

Provided you have searched Google and no solution gathered, do the below. This is probably one of many solutions, but I would give it a whirl, see what it does:

(1) Back up your current files and folders,

(2) Make a record of recently downloaded files, programs

(3) Retore your machine to an earlier point after you have saved important stuff you'll need.

Please note: If you have worked on a document that you saved to your desktop, you will want to save that to disc or flash drive. After restoring, newly added desktop items (within the date range chosen to restore) will vanish, be warned.

(4) Reinstall VB Express

I wish you luck, and I am sorry for your troubles, not fun...

Today I installed Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 Beta 2 from the Visual Studio Beta Experience Kit. After installing (which takes way to long) when I open Visual Studio 2005 I only get a message box saying "A problem was encountered loading the Microsoft Visual Studio menu. Please run setup and select Repair". I did that and that took another hour to install and I still got the same problem. Can't see any log file or system event message...

Hi, I've installed (by that I mean a full uninstall and re-install) Visual Studio 2005 at least twice on my 64-bit windows machine (AMD64). I make sure I install the SDK 2.0 for x64, and the installation is completed 'Succesfully' as per the setup dialogs. However, when I try to open the IDE by clicking on the shortcut, or attempting to open \Common7\IDE\devenv.exe, I get the following dialog:

My main dev machine has WinXp and VS2005 (pro). 1. I need to install VWD Express Edition so that I can do some instruction on this. Any issues with both on the same machine. Installation order? 2. Does VWD Express Edition support the idea of Solutions? I coun't figure out how to create a blank solution which I usually do with VS2005 (and then add my web site to the solution.)

I have 4 Windows 2000 Servers. I have installed the DotNet Framework 2.0 on all 4 servers. Three of these servers show a tab for ASP.NET in the IIS MMC and are running Visual Studio 2003. One server that has Visual Studio 2005 installed does not show this ASP.NET tab. On this one server, when I use Visual Studio 2005 to try to create or open a

Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Dear forum friends, With the development of smart home technology, a variety of wireless communication protocols have appeared on the market, such as Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc. Each protocol has its own unique characteristics and advantages, but as a user who is planning to build a smart home system, I am a bit confused by the choice of these technologies. Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own.... Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...

Hello I'm a network technician in training and I need your help. I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs. The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols. I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
